Hacienda La Esmeralda Special is a remarkably aromatic coffee. We find those floral aromas come out very well when brewed on the Aeropress. (With each Aeropress you get a note about our brew profile). The water quality is extremely important for bringing out the aromas. Especially in the Copenhagen region the water is very hard and the calcium in the water eliminates a lot of the organic acids that bring these bright aromas. So we've included half a litre of mineral water in this package so you'll be sure to experience this difference to tab water. We hope you'll choose to spring for some mineral water for the rest of the coffee once you've tasted it.
